19 Dec How do you run and use Circos on Windows?
Installing Circos from scratch seems trivial.
Personally I would donwload a pre configured docker container with circos in Linux installed: https://hub.docker.com/r/dennishazelett/circos/
or https://hub.docker.com/r/alexcoppe/circos/ has been updated today !
Before that you need to install Docker for Windows : Install Docker Toolbox on Windows
