Our Products Refund Policy

If you would want a refund, you might be qualified in some circumstances. Although we hope that our items surpass your expectations, please read this document to make sure that you are familiar with our refund policy in the unlikely event that they don’t.

Refunds will be granted at the management of Synergy’s USA llc discretion.

For a 30-day trial period, our goods can be downloaded and used without charge. During this time, the products are completely operational and unrestricted in any form. This gives the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the product to make sure it is fit for purpose and comprehend the function the product is intended to perform.

Hence:

• In the event that a customer changes their mind, no refunds will be issued.
• If the customer assumed the product performed a different task than it really does, refunds will not be provided.
• If we have incurred large support expenditures, refunds won’t be issued.

The license serial or key for the purchase will be disabled if a refund is issued.
